About Gwen Lambert:

Gwen has worked in the business, retail and fitness-related fields, providing inspiration and motivation to those drawn to her energy. It became clear to her that her greatest joy came from helping others help themselves.

To add to her toolbox of life experiences, Gwen became a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner. Gwen's unique point of view assists those making decisions regarding how to learn about themselves.

Gwen has been involved with Quiet Time for the past 15 years. Her current practice includes a minimum of 15 minutes a day with a quarterly 2 or 3 day Silence Retreat. Not too long ago, she couldn't sit still for 3 minutes without doing something.

Gwen has been involved in volunteering since the age of 17. Coaching young girls in Mite Ball, granting the wishes of children with life threatening illnesses through Make A Wish Foundation, or assisting in other volunteer functions, she brings an energy and enthusiasm to everything she takes on.  One fund-raiser had a 15 year old Wish child shaving Gwen's head. Gwen's volunteer efforts were recognized when she received a Volunteer Service Award from Lt-Gov James Bartleman in April 2002.

Gwen has provided motivation and ongoing support to those around her while involved in Toastmasters International, an international public speaking group. She has sat on the Boards of Volunteers Etobicoke and the Make A Wish Foundation of Toronto.  She continued her work with children through coaching sports. Gwen is a regular blood donorGwen's current interests include Dragon Boat Racing and taking rides on her motorcycle.
